Covert surveillance to monitor and record "Fly-tipping"

The Problem

Local councils and authorities have a problem with unscrupulous individuals who consider "fly-tipping" an acceptable way of disposing of their unwanted waste. It is difficult to catch these individuals "in the act" and a system was needed to aid in capturing information on these offenders. Obviously having personnel monitoring covertly near known "fly-tipping" black spots is costly in time and manpower.

The Solution

The use of time-lapse video recorders and motion detection devices enable a system to be manufactured and installed inside common domestic devices. Powered by high capacity batteries and able to function unattended for several days these devices are effective in obtaining information on offenders and activity around the selected locations for video surveillance.

Each system has to be custom made to match the requirements of each local authority.
